What this website collects, and what we do with it.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, firm, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about your case (case type, the party you represent, venue, trial date and your message). The form sends that information to us by email so we can reply. Please do not include confidential case information in the form; we will discuss details once we have spoken.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard logs of requests, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. WordPress may set cookies when someone signs in to manage the site; visitors who only read the site do not need an account.
