NJP Litigation Consultingformerly the National Jury Project
Every case outcome matters.
Jury selection, jury research, and trial strategy from consultants who have each spent decades at counsel table. Since 1975.
We help trial lawyers see their case the way jurors will. Not summaries of research, but answers: what to say, whom to pick, what to cut.

Jurywork
We wrote the book.
Jurywork: Systematic Techniques, the three-volume Thomson Reuters manual on jury selection and trial preparation, began as a pamphlet mailed from our Berkeley office in the 1970s. It is still updated every year.

Most engagements begin with a short call about your case, your venue, and your trial date. No budget is too small to talk.
